We are delighted you have chosen to apply for a job at our hospital. To make the application procedure as easy as possible for you, we would like to give you some tips on the way:
Please send us your application (by email preferably) as stated in the job description or as a speculative application. Prior to submission, check that all the required documents are attached to the application in a single PDF file.
Please note that we can only accept PDF files for reasons of security.
If you are not able to send your application online, we are also happy to accept your application on paper. Please send copies only and do not include any original documents.
All applications are received centrally by the Human Resources department. You will receive confirmation of receipt from the staff in the HR department so you can be sure we have received your application.
Most job offers specify a deadline for the receipt of applications that we comply with. To give all applicants an equal chance, we only start the selection procedure once the application deadline has expired. You may not hear from us for a while for this reason after receiving confirmation of receipt. It takes time for us to carefully examine all incoming applications, which is something that is important to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to speak to all applicants personally, and we have to select candidates who we can arrange job interviews with. To agree an interview date, either the staff from the Human Resources department will contact you or the specialist department where the job was advertised.
